Eric Conner

As Co-Founder of TriPro Management in 1995, Eric brings a strong strategic and finance background to both the back office services and real estate businesses. As President, Eric leads the marketing, business development, and overall strategic direction of the Company. Having launched multiple new businesses, Eric focuses on driving top-line growth and communicating an ownership mentality/structure to their clients. A native Texan, Eric enjoys racquetball, wine, entertaining and traveling.

I actually don't care much for personal bio's touting what school(s) someone attended a lifetime ago or how many degrees or accreditations that follow their name. Can you do the actual work? Do you have an experienced staff, and can you relate to me as a business owner? To that, I've been a business owner and overseeing accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and back-office operations as a co-founder of TriPro for nearly 30 years after enhancing an Accounting degree with 10 years of corporate-level experience in Fortune 500 Accounting. Our approach at TriPro is to do it right, do it timely, and to use a business owner's experience and intuition to look for inefficiencies and vulnerabilities while offering procedural advice to improve operations and data flow. Ashlee Segura

As Director of Regional Operations since joining TriPro Management in 2011, Ashlee's primary responsibilities and expertise are within the accounting, staffing, marketing, management, and operations of TriPro's multi-family division. A dedicated and strategic approach to maximizing long-term results and efficiency is among her many strengths within the corporate team. She can be found most weekends at a baseball tournament, dance competition, or relaxing lakeside with family.

Kathy Vidalier

As TriPro Management's Accounting Manager since 2002, Kathy utilizes her thirty-three plus years of expertise over a wide range of accounting functions to include accounts payable and invoice payment processing, accounts receivable and invoicing, payroll (both in-house and via ADP outside services), financial statement preparation, and various general bookkeeping, human resources, and reconciliation tasks. Once a client partnership has been established, Kathy takes the lead role in on-going general communications and data flow between TriPro and client personnel to ensure accurate and timely recording and distribution of information and financial reports. Kathy enjoys spending time with family, relaxing in the pool, and watching a good movie.

Tammy Caruthers

Office manager & administrative assistant in HR/Accounting since 1994. Corporate accounting experience includes oil & gas, engineering, automobile dealership services and worldwide specialty produce company operations before joining the multi-family investment and in-house accounting/payroll operations of TriPro Management in 2015. Tammy enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with family.

Candice Foshee

Candice has been with TriPro Management since 2005 and is the Systems Coordinator. With a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail, Candice excels in providing top-notch administrative, technology, marketing, and client support services. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly, making her an invaluable asset to our corporate team. Her strong work ethic and meticulous approach ensure that tasks are not only completed efficiently but also with precision and accuracy. Candice finds joy in spending quality time with her husband, two lovely daughters, and beloved dog. She also enjoys baking pies, watching basketball and game nights with friends.
